The Lagos state governor-elect, Akin Ambode on Thursday received his certificate of return from the electoral body, INEC at their headquarters in Lagos. The governor-elect was accompanied by other APC representatives who won in their different constituencies as the state REC presented them with the certificates. More photos below..
