Former VP Atiku Abubakar mourns Yola and Maiduguri bomb blasts victims

Former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar mourns victim of bomb blast that ripped through a mosque in Jambutu area of Yola and Maiduguri today. 17 people have lost their lives while 73 others seriously injured. He wrote on his Facebook page;

Today's bombing in my home city of Yola & Maiduguri breaks my heart! My family and I pray for the bereaved families and the injured.

We also pray that the efforts of our armed forces to rid our country of terrorists will bear swifter results. One more death diminishes our humanity.
