Senate approves Rotimi Amaechi and others as ministers

The senate assembly has approved these nominees as Ministers of the Federal Republic including the former governor of Rivers state Rotimi Amaechi after much argument between PDP and APC senators following their recent screening at the red chambers..


The ministerial nominees approved are Rotimi Amaechi, Barr Adebayo, Shittu Khadija, Abba Ibrahim, Heineken Lokpobiri, Claudius Omoleye,Baba Shehuri, Mustapha Ocholi, James Adewole, Isaac Folorunsho, Bawa Bwari, Geoffrey Onyeama, Zainab Ahmed, Muhammed Dan Ali, Usani Usani Uhuru, Okechukwu Enelamah, Anthony Anwuka Gozie, Mohammed Musa, Bello Adamu, Adamu Aisha Abubakar.
