Nancy Dickson, Sister of Bayelsa state Gov. Seriake Dickson has been kidnapped

Sister of Bayelsa State Governor Seriake Dickson, Nancy Keme Dickson has reportedly been abducted by gunmen in Bayelsa. A witness said the 26 year-old lady kidnapped at her shop on Okaka Road, Yenagoa, the state capital at about 2:50pm by the abductors who drove a Lexus SUV.

The belief was that the abductors may have carried out surveillance on her movements before they struck. Efforts by the state’s security outfit, Operation Door Akpo to comb strategic points in the city of Yenagoa by adopting stop and search, did not yield the desired result..


The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Asinim Butswat, confirmed the abduction of Nancy.
