Speaker Yakubu Dogara's daughter wins award for brilliant performance in Cambridge (photo)

Daughter of speaker of House of Reps, Chimel Dogara has been awarded as the student of the week for a very brilliant and outstanding performance at the Abbey College of Cambridge University, UK.

It was learnt that Chimel was nominated by her English teacher Nigel Tattersfield for her recent piece of homework which was an example of really wonderful writing, showing evidence of the wide reading and a clear understanding of the context of the time ‘The Awakening’ was written.
